Chris leads the organisation’s overall strategy, growth, and industry partnerships, guiding the company’s mission to deliver innovative accommodation solutions for the insurance sector. As CEO, Chris is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring ICR continues to evolve alongside the changing needs of insurers and their customers. He works closely with insurers, partners, and internal teams to strengthen ICR’s position as a trusted accommodation provider, helping insurers support policyholders who require temporary housing following unexpected disruptions such as property damage or natural disasters.
